Position Overview: 

HERA TRADING S.A.R.L is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Salesperson to join our team, responsible for promoting and selling our renowned personal care products under the brand S Collection, as well as our high-quality cosmetics under the brand RubyRose. The successful candidate will cover the North Lebanon region, contributing to the growth of our brands and expanding our customer base.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage with potential and existing customers to introduce and demonstrate the features and benefits of our personal care and cosmetic products.
  • Build strong relationships with retail outlets, beauty salons, spas, and other relevant establishments to ensure the placement and visibility of our products.
  • Execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct regular product training sessions and presentations for store staff, educating them about the unique selling points of S Collection and RubyRose products.
  • Monitor competitor activities within the region, staying informed about industry trends and consumer preferences.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and processing orders in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional events, product launches, and campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Keep accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions in the company CRM system.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to represent the company and network with potential clients.

 Requirements:

  • Prior experience in sales, particularly in the personal care or cosmetics industry, is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of customers.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with the North Lebanon region and existing networks within the beauty and retail sector is advantageous.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a motorized vehicle  for travel within the assigned territory.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in using technology, including Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  • Fluent proficiency in Arabic; English language is a Must .

Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher

  • Familiarity with the North Lebanon region and existing networks within the beauty and retail sector is advantageous.

  • Experience selling complex, high-ticket products or services.
  • Proficiency using CRM software or sales tools. Being familiar with specific programs could help efficiencies.
